Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluency in and English is preferred, as this role will involve interacting with a diverse client base. As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts.
Duties:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service
- Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage options
- Market insurance products to potential clients and negotiate terms and conditions
- Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients
- Review policies for accuracy and make necessary updates or changes
- Assist clients with claims processing and provide support throughout the claims resolution process
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
Experience:

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and underwriting guidelines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bilingual proficiency in and English is preferred
- Ability to analyze complex information and make sound decisions
- Proficient in using insurance industry software systems
